Excellent service in diagnosis and replacement of the driver's side power window swtch pod for an older GMC pickup truck, and it was accomplished in less than one day! Many thanks to French, Liz, and all the fine people who work for this small repair business on Capital Circle NE.

I came to Bass to ask them if they could look over my car after having some work done at a shop next door. Two weeks prior I had my car serviced/brake pads and rotors changed at the other shop and last night while driving I heard metal scraping metal and knew something was wrong. I had my car towed back to the original shop so they could check it out and attempt to make things right while it was still under warranty. My car was missing a caliper which they then ordered and replaced. We had an uneasy feeling still due to us about to drive my car 4 hours on a roadtrip so we drove it next door to Bass and asked if we could have a second set of eyes look it over. After inspecting my car, they found multiple bolts still loose that could have put me back into the same position and potentially losing control of my brakes again. Very thankful for the honest and thorough staff at Bass Auto and will be back.

Super honest buisness. Took my truck in for a misfire. Had to drive it to get the scanner to pick it up. Multi cylinders is all it would say. They helped me diagnose further and we decided to do a full tune up and also found a intermitant coolant chekc engine light Went ahead and ran the codes and it also needed a thermostat. Super helpful and super reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend over the dealerships. They will recommend only what they see no upcharge or upservice required. One the honest ones.

I cannot say enough good things about Bass Auto Repair. I have been going there since Al Bass still owned it and continued when Charles took over. They are honest and reliable and have saved me thousands of dollars. Today, they let me know that my issue was a recall and to take it to the dealership. They printed everything I needed to show the dealership and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. At first, the dealership tried to say they didn't have to fix it, but since I had all of the info Bass Auto armed me with, I am now having the work done for free. For that, my mother, father, and boss have all told me that Bass will be their new mechanic. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
